This topic is to inform of site migration, the limitations of and bug reports. Before submitting a bug please make sure it is not a bug on rule34.xxx as we're likely already aware of it AND its not a feature loss from the old hub.

EDIT: After 4 months we finally taken down the old hub. If you failed to move any favorites at this point your shit outa luck.

Bugs: Fixed
* 35% of samples/thumbnails failed to generate. any broken image needs to be deleted as original image may be corrupted.
* Artist tag type mismatch?
* Pagination error, possible due to mismatch in count.
* Notes user permissions
* Notes + 140182/134574 id blank region
* Password length limit: There is no pw limit, possible unable to sign in due to special characters in name.
* rating safe not showing on uploading
* Wiki, data migration from old wiki.
* breaklines on comments, was not a bug and will only be changed for the hub. Feature is implemented.
* Pools type mismatch private/personal

Migration failure/unfixable:
* The old software had no favorites, the system was never completed and the upvote system was used in place. This caused migration difficulties.
* Loss of functions such as the wiki, data is retained for future use.
* No avatars will be transferred.
* Tags page sorting. Not a bug, need to search something in order to sort.

Planned migration/features:
* Avatars, with no migration from the old site.

The favicon, if that's what the term still is for it? The little thumbnail on the tab or when you open a new tab, is now showing a grainier version of the Rule34.xxx icon.

My cookies from the old hub retain the old icon but if you open a private window you can see the new one.

There are numerous references to rule34 that need to be replaced with Hypnohub. Places I've spotted them in so far:
Front page
TOS page
Help:ratings
Links page (has a link to HH instead of rule34)

Broken the translation notes on a lot of images. Examples:

The Forum link does not light up/change to bold when I have unread posts, instead it always looks like there are no new Forum posts

Seems like most artist tags are not marked as such anymore. Hopefully that can be fixed.

It's nice that the website got a new coat of paint, albiet with some minor issues...

Also, is there a reason why the numbered pages scroll off into infninity of blank pages with no images?

Is this on mobile or desktop? i think there may be old favicons in apple format for rule34 laying about but the main one should work.

This is happening on desktop for me, but it only happens on the front page.

I started re-adding my lost blacklists on mobile, but when I went on desktop none of the tags I blacklisted are there, pretty minor, but thought I'd bring it up.

device specific, cookies are stored as to allow people without an account to blacklist. Unless you sync your browsers

Is there an artist out there named "monochrome"? Because the site seems to think that it is an artist tag.

ok i deleted a bunch of them, i'll clear cache in a sec so it hopefully goes away. We sadly do not have a big favicon logo for the hub but i'll ask the staff

Explanation, we just ran a query to insert all artists on hypnohub.net/index.php?page=artist&s=list as artist type. For those that are marked falsely as an artist you'll need to go to hypnohub.net/index.php?page=tags&s=list and search the tag & change it. Better then doing it the other way around
