Is it possible to make an art/video that contains every tag on HypnoHub?

It would have to be some kind of animation that cycles through mind control tropes and characters at a few frames each, with smooth transitions between colors and shapes, so it's not just a seizure inducing strobe light.
Since we have an upload limit of 100 MBs, and gifs are bloated in comparison to most .mp4 codecs, it would have to be in a video format. Add to that a small resolution(below 240p) and pixel art, it might look pretty okay.

Theoretically, yes. Though how many people would see it? Having every tag also means being on every blacklist.

That would mean you have to promote it elsewhere, where you ask people to wipe their blacklist temporarily.
If it really Did contain every tag, and it looked decent, word of mouth would do some promoting for you.
Would you aim to get some of the meta tags like “absurdres” and “manip”? Or just general tags? I feel like some tags would contradict but video circumvents that better than an image.

I feel like the 'absolutely_everyone' tag on Danbooru is a good conceptual reference point - trying to get LITERALLY EVERYTHING is a bit much and there's tags you may want to skip, but getting well into the hundreds of tags will communicate the effect.

Using every single tag would be completely impossible (using the page above, there are 2,651 pages of tags that are on at least one post, and with 20 tags a page, that's about 53,020 total tags on the site), but using the top 100 tags would be a lot more attainable.

Can't see how. Male only and Female only seem incompatible to me.
